These terms govern use of the Fedrix Studio website and services. Final project scope is always confirmed in writing.
About and website use
Fedrix Studio provides brand strategy, identity, UX structure, website implementation, and focused custom digital systems. The website may only be used lawfully.
Service information and scope
Descriptions, starting prices, deliverables, and timelines are general information. Final scope, price, responsibilities, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, timely decisions, properly licensed materials, required access, and payment according to the agreed schedule.
Payments, revisions, and timeline
Payment terms are defined in the proposal or invoice. Revisions apply to the agreed direction; scope changes or delays may require additional fees or timeline adjustments.
Intellectual property and handover
Final approved deliverables transfer after full payment, except Fedrix's pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, and general know-how.
Third-party tools and hosting
Third-party fees, renewals, hosting, domains, subscriptions, and external platform behavior remain outside the standard scope unless explicitly included.
Cancellation, confidentiality, and portfolio
Cancellation follows the project stage and written terms. Confidential information is handled responsibly. Portfolio publication follows explicit permission and accurate status.
No guaranteed results
Fedrix does not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, conversion, search ranking, investor interest, acquisition, or platform approval.
Promotions and discount codes
10.10 Mega Sale prices apply only to eligible fixed-price packages through the stated deadline. YOURSTUDIO adds up to 10 percentage points and is capped at 30% total. Add-ons, the Diagnostic, third-party costs, active projects, and custom quotes are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed in the written proposal.
Liability and governing law
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
